Please note that due to the process and time scale by which the tweed is made, some colours may be subject to availability and an alternative tweed as close in colour to the one chosen may need to be offered.

Payment

Payments for orders online will be accepted via Credit or Debit card (through our payment processor, NoChex) or by Paypal.

Telephone or email orders will require payment by cheque.

Delivery

Please allow 7-10 days for the delivery of your order. Some products will require to be made to order. If there is likely to be a delay in dispatching your order within this time we will keep you informed. You will receive an email confirming dispatch of your order.

Postage and Packing

Postage and packaging costs are as follows: £3.95 uk, £6.95 Europe, £11.95 Rest of World

Returns

It is important to us that our products are of high quality and that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible to arrange return of your goods. Products should be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition and packaging.
